VCI volatile corrosion inhibitor agent for tuyere/ion fan/fan coil/air curtain

General:

Rustoper (corrosion terminator) VCI Antirust Powder for Multimetal,It is mainly applied to corrosion-inhibiting treatment for internal surfaces of depression, hollow or cavity of metal articles.In a confined space,with gasification,VCI adheres to metal surfaces to form a compact protection film which plays a role of antirust,and the fantastic antirust effect can be obtained.

Applicable fields:

4.The antirust for transport and storage process for tools,sparts and equipments.

5.Export container, storage for hot and cold plates, coils, steel wire ropes, wires, pipes.

6.Packaging and storage for other metal articles.

7.Applicable to steel,brass,bronze,copper,cadmium alloy,stainless steel,chromium alloy,nickel alloy,tin,tinplate,zinc alloy,etc.And the test will be needed when applicable to cast iron,silver,lead.And not suitable to magnesium alloy.

Application Method:
1.Clean and dry the surfaces of the articles for antirust, without residual fragments, dirty marks and other filth left on them.
2.When applying loose powder in a dry process, evenly spray the powder on the surfaces of the articles for antirust with a low-pressure air hose or a sprayer without particularly concentrating on any side and the articles may be sealed after the operation is completed.
3.When applying loose powder in a wet process, prepare the powder into 0.5%-1% water solution, and then perform spraying, brushing, flushing or soaking procedures, and the articles may be sealed after the operation is completed.
4.When applying powder in bag in a dry process, place the powder bag within the distance (≤30cm) where VCI is valid, and endeavor to place or suspend it in the upper space of the articles for antirust because the density of VCI antirust gas is larger than that of air.
5.Generally, the normal consumption is 100g-130g/m3, which will be increased under severe environment.
6.Operate with clean gloves, and do not contact the articles for antirust with naked hands.

Custody and Storage:

Seal the products and store them in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and direct contact with fire and corrosive substances. The warranty period of the product is 24 months since the date of delivery.
