Description:

This R030 Neoprene Contact Adhesive is high performance of heat and water resistance. It is easy operation for general purposes and all materials with Long tack retention time. This contact Cement is used for bonding all kinds of plastic laminates containing melamine, PVC board, furniture, paint-free panel, aluminum-plastic panel, fireproof plate, etc. It can be used by brush, roller coater, notched towel, air spray(hot or cold), airless spray(hot or cold), curtain coater,etc.

Technical:

How to Use:

1. Before applying the Neoprene Contact Adhesive, make sure the surface clean and dry.  
2. Spreads evenly on surface of two joint material, when it begins to dry, folds gathers with exerts pressure (for example spread 2~3 times for multi hole joint material)
3. The application adhesive could be achieved after drying for 48 hours at the room 

temperature of 25°C. If you leave it aside for more than 6 days, best adhesive performance 

will be obtained.

Warning:
     
1. Should be under ventilative circumstance and keep away of the fire during operation. 

Closely sealed after use.
2. Avoid Neoprene Contact Adhesive contact with skin and eyes, if unluckily contacts, wash with soap and clear water and better to see a doctor immediately.
3. If the contact cement has the stratification when used for a long time, use after the 

agitation evenly, do not affect its product quality.
4. Take strict precautions against touching by the kids.
5. Please make a trial to avoid mistakes before application.
