Scope of application

Suitable for all kinds of weather resistance of curtain wall caulking；Concrete expansion seal；The seal around the door, window；All kinds of metal, stone, wood, ceramic, most of the material such as plastic, rubber, tile Or a combination of the above material is waterproof, soundproof sealing caulking; The place such as air conditioning pipe sound insulation, heat preservation seal. Do not apply to the structural sealant and soaking in swimming pool.

Method of application

Key points of design

1.The seams meet the precondition of telescopic allowance of base material, the minimum joint width is 5 mm.

2.The depth of range shall be equal to 1/2 of width to width , suggest seam's depth not less than 5 mm; For below about 10 mm width seam , Suggest to be 80% to 100% of width.

3. In order to ensure the sealant to achieve the design activity in the service period, should use the backing or force protection band.

4. When designing the joint, should take into account activity level of the base material and expansion of sealant.

Base plane treatment

Base material surface should be dry, without laitance, dust, or contaminants. Metal surface should be no oil stain, rusty spot, color chip which is easy to fall off. Pouring concrete after airing dry for 28 days. After the rain, outdoor construction need to be dry for 2 ~ 3 days; The moisture content of base material should be lower than 9%.

Construction

Use brush to remove pollutants, let the juncture place to achieve the above processing requirements. Backing should choose lever closed groove polyethylene foam (diameter is about 1.25 times of the width). If the depth's of the seam is less than the above requirements, it can use polyethylene force protection band to replace. When put into the backing should avoid too loose or too close, putting backing into level position . You can use paper tape for beautiful , stick the adhesive tape on both sides of the seams, the tape edge must be aligned with seams. Cut the required size with 45 °, put the sealant into corresponding glue guns, squeeze the sealant evenly along the joint,  the sealant should fill the seams full and spill over a little, avoid producing space in the glue.

Making the sealant surface become compaction and leveling with a little water scrape, Repair the sealant into circular concave type best with appropriate specifications of circular arc convex type scraper. To get off of paper tape, and check the construction quality. Don't contact surface of the sealant in 7 hours.

Health & Safety

Without solvent, nonflammable, when used properly is safe. This product need to  prevent frost during storage and transportation. Protect the eyes and skin. If this product contact with skin, wash with clean water. If contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical care.

Treatment

Don’t pour into the sewer directly. Sealant can arrange another time to use. If expired, according to local regulations.
